This mod allows you to operate the camera independently from the position of your player or mod.
Just add the zipfile to your mods-folder.
Controls:
PageUp: moves the camera to a higher point.
PageDown: moves the camera to a lower point.
Home: restores the original position of the camera.
Also, walking speed will improve by installing this mod. This means you will be walking faster.
