changed cutter trailer length
moved es limiter hud to top
fixed straw chopper script (now when you are threshing, you have to stop combine first to switch chopper state)
fixed grain plane position
raised pipe position (now you can discharge grain also to bigger trailers)
reduced fuel consumption
